#4 Where do you ship from?
We ship all our products from our warehouse located in the Netherlands. You can check delivery times by checking our Shipping Policy . Depending on where you want the products to be shipped to, we’ll use the most suitable carrier to get them to you in the fastest and cheapest way possible.
#5 Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide; however, you should check our Shipping Policy for more details as there are some exceptions depending on local customs requirements, postal or carrier problems, and other issues. In addition, we do not ship to international PO box addresses.
#6 How long does shipping take within Europe?
Depending on your location, we aim at delivering anywhere in Europe within 10 working days of dispatching your order. We also offer an express shipping option which will get your package to you much faster. Check our Shipping Policy for timings and rates.

#9 Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds as long as they adhere to our Returns & Refunds policy. In order for your package to qualify for a refund, it needs to arrive back to us unopened or in the condition you received it within 14 days after receiving your order. You can return any products no questions asked and will be refunded in-store credit or to your original payment method depending on the reason for the refund.
#10 What is your returns policy?
You can return any item, as long as it’s unopened and in mint condition, within 14 days of receiving it. We won’t ask any questions, just refund you the money.
#11 Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, absolutely. When you buy 2 or more of the same product, you’ll receive between a 5% and 10% discount, depending on your purchase. There are additional discounts for large orders and also for resellers. Please contact us to find out more about additional discounts, products excluded from our discount policy, and also products on which we might offer some additional discounts.

#12 Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
We aim at providing products that are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans and we clearly state this on the labels and the product description on the page. However, we cannot guarantee that 100% of our products meet these criteria, so we advise you to carefully read the ingredients list if you have any doubt.
#13 What is the shelf life of your products and how should I store them?
We clearly state the “best before” dates on all our products and will never send you products that are close to their best before dates. Most of our products have a 3-year expiration period if kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
