Shipping & Delivery

We only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium using PostNL as our primary carrier. If you place your order on a working day before 5:00 PM (Amsterdam time), your order will generally be processed the same day.

Delivery Times

The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium: 2–3 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or carrier delays may cause shipments to arrive later than expected.

Free shipping: for orders over €50
Shipping costs: €4.95 for orders up to €50

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your track & trace details, allowing you to easily follow your package online.
