14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you have purchased a product from our website and wish to return it for a refund or replacement, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. This guarantee does not apply to goods that have been damaged by your own actions and is subject to our 5-day reporting period for products found to be damaged upon delivery.

Damage or Defect upon Delivery: If you notice any damage or defect at the time of delivery, you must inform us immediately (within 5 days) via the email address listed on our website. Please include clear photos as proof. This allows us to determine whether the damage occurred before or during delivery rather than by your own actions.

Burden of Proof: It is your responsibility to demonstrate that the damage/error was not caused by your own fault. You have 5 days to report any damage or error, including photos. If we find that a product is lost or damaged during delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

Return Conditions:
– Products must be returned unopened, unused, and undamaged in their original packaging (except if the damage already existed upon delivery).
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is on our part or the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
– If you return an opened product, it can only be accepted if there is a quality issue or damage not caused by your own actions.

Refund and Processing:
– We will refund the amount via the original payment method within 5 business days after approving your return.
– Any shipping costs you paid for the initial delivery are not reimbursed unless it was our error.
